- Read and interpret engineering drawings, CAD files, and specifications for gasket components.
- Develop and optimize CNC programs (G‑code / M‑code) for CNC cutting machines, routers, or CNC‑controlled presses used in gasket manufacturing.
- Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and cutting parameters for different gasket materials (metal‑reinforced, etc.).
- Set up and verify CNC machines (offsets, tool paths, material positioning) to ensure dimensional accuracy and tight tolerances.
- Conduct test runs, first‑piece inspections, and program adjustments to meet quality and dimensional requirements.
- Work closely with production, quality, and design teams to improve tool‑paths, reduce cycle time, and minimize material waste.
- Maintain and troubleshoot CNC programs and machine issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures and housekeeping standards in the workshop.
- Maintain documentation of programs, setups, and process changes for traceability and process improvement.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
