Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced AWS & DevOps Trainer who is passionate about teaching and mentoring aspiring IT professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of AWS cloud services, DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and automation, along with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and online training sessions on AWS and DevOps technologies.
- Prepare and update training materials, assignments, lab exercises, and projects.
- Train students on real-time industry scenarios and best practices.
- Conduct hands-on practical sessions and guide students through live projects.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, assessments, and mock interviews.
- Mentor students on career development and interview preparation.
- Assist students with capstone projects and deployment strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest AWS services and DevOps trends.
- Coordinate with the placement team to prepare students for technical interviews.
- Maintain attendance, progress reports, and training documentation.
