About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with Tally, and excellent communication skills in English. Candidates with marketing exposure or customer-facing experience will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintain accounts in Tally and ensure accurate financial records.
- Handle invoicing, purchase entries, sales entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare GST-related documents and assist with statutory compliance.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, customers, and internal teams.
- Prepare financial reports and management summaries.
- Handle professional email communication with customers and suppliers.
- Support marketing and business development activities when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- Good working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Added Advantage
- Experience in marketing, sales coordination, or customer relationship management.
- Knowledge of inventory management and business operations.
- Experience in the healthcare, dental, or medical products industry.
