Position Overview
Elixir Foundation is seeking a young, proactive, energetic, and socially driven Associate – Programs to support the execution and coordination of its ongoing programs, campaigns, and community initiatives. The selected candidate will work closely with the program team in implementing field activities, coordinating stakeholders, maintaining documentation, and supporting operational processes across projects.
This role is ideal for young professionals passionate about social impact, youth development, and grassroots engagement.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Program Execution & Implementation
· Support the execution of ongoing programs, workshops, campaigns, and community initiatives.
· Coordinate field-level activities and ensure timely implementation of assigned tasks.
· Assist in maintaining quality and effectiveness of program activities.
2. Reporting & Documentation
· Prepare activity reports, meeting notes, presentations, and program documentation.
· Maintain records of project activities, participant data, and field updates.
· Support documentation of impact stories, case studies, and success stories.
3. Communication & Coordination
· Coordinate with internal teams, volunteers, partners, and stakeholders for smooth program implementation.
· Support regular communication with schools, communities, institutions, and partner organisations.
· Assist in follow-ups, scheduling meetings, and operational coordination.
4. Community & Stakeholder Engagement
· Engage with youth groups, communities, educational institutions, and local stakeholders.
· Support mobilisation activities and community outreach efforts.
· Represent the organisation during field visits and local engagements when required.
5. Data Collection & Record Management
· Collect, organise, and maintain program-related data and records.
· Assist in maintaining databases, attendance records, and monitoring sheets.
· Ensure proper documentation and filing of project-related information.
6. Event & Activity Support
· Assist in organising workshops, campaigns, training sessions, events, and community activities.
· Coordinate logistics, registrations, volunteer support, and event execution requirements.
· Provide on-ground operational support during events and activities.
7. Team Coordination & Operational Assistance
· Work closely with the program team for planning and implementation support.
· Assist in day-to-day operational and administrative coordination related to projects.
· Support procurement, logistics, and resource coordination whenever required.
8. Monitoring & Follow-up Support
· Assist in tracking progress of activities and maintaining follow-up records.
· Support monitoring and reporting processes for ongoing initiatives.
· Ensure timely updates and coordination on assigned tasks and deliverables.
Required Skills & Competencies

·Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace and AI Technologies
·Willingness to travel for field activities when required
Eligibility Criteria
·Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Humanities, Management, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or a related field
·6 months to 1 year of relevant experience/internship in NGOs, social sector programs, youth initiatives, or community projects
·Freshers with strong volunteering or leadership experience may also be considered
