About the Role
AANZARA Corporate is looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented HR Recruiters to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating, and onboarding suitable candidates for various job openings.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct preliminary/telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Create and manage job postings across recruitment platforms.
- Handle job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, OLX, etc.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and HR records.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process until joining.
- Coordinate offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding.
- Achieve daily/monthly recruitment targets.
- Maintain good communication and professional relationships with candidates.
- Support other HR documentation and recruitment activities as required.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong recruitment and candidate sourcing skills.
- Good resume screening and interview coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge with MS Office & Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, OLX, etc.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Target-oriented and positive attitude.
Eligibility
- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; MBA/HR preferred.
- Experience: Freshers with good communication skills or experienced recruiters can apply.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Candidates should have a positive attitude and willingness to achieve recruitment targets.
