About the Role
Angroos Gifts Boutique is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Gift Designer & Video Presenter to design premium gift hampers while presenting products through engaging social media videos. This role is ideal for someone with a creative eye, attention to detail, and confidence in speaking naturally on camera.
Key ResponsibilitiesGift Designing
- Design and assemble premium gift hampers for various occasions.
- Create attractive gift arrangements using flowers, ribbons, wrapping materials, and decorative accessories.
- Ensure every hamper meets the company’s quality and presentation standards.
- Suggest creative gift combinations based on customer requirements and budgets.
- Maintain inventory of gift wrapping materials and decorative items.
- Assist in packing and quality checking before dispatch.
Video Presentation
- Present products naturally in videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Explain product features in a friendly, conversational, and engaging style.
- Participate in product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal content.
- Work closely with the marketing, photography, and video editing teams.
- Learn scripts and record multiple takes whenever required.
- Contribute creative ideas for social media content and promotional videos.
Customer Support
- Assist customers in selecting suitable gifts and hampers.
- Recommend products based on customer requirements and occasions.
- Support showroom sales whenever required.
- Maintain excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience.
Requirements
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Excellent spoken Malayalam.
- Basic English communication is an advantage.
- Comfortable speaking and presenting on camera.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for gift designing, creativity, and social media content.
- Experience in gift wrapping, handicrafts, arts & crafts, retail, content creation, or customer service is an advantage.
- Freshers with creativity, confidence, and a positive attitude are welcome to apply.

Additional Responsibilities
- Be available after office hours whenever required for urgent customer orders, festive seasons, or bulk corporate gifting projects.
- During festive seasons and promotional campaigns, be willing to work additional hours or weekends when required.
- Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by the management.
