Job Summary:
Fluidfit Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and experienced VMC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for operating Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) to produce precision components used in the valves and fittings industry. Candidates with relevant industry experience will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor VMC machines to perform machining operations as per drawings.
- Set up tools, fixtures, and workpieces on VMC machines.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality of machined components.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Maintain production records and follow safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with the production and quality team to ensure timely completion of work.
Requirements:
. Minimum Experience 1-3 years
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum experience in VMC machine operation (preferably in valves and fittings industry).
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments.
- Knowledge of machining processes and tooling.
- Candidate from valves and fittings industry will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month (based on experience)
