Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager for our School Division. The candidate will be responsible for expanding our presence in schools, building strong relationships with educational institutions, and driving business growth across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in schools
- Build and maintain relationships with school principals, management, and decision-makers
- Present and promote company programs (Yoga / Training / Wellness) to schools
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and implementation
- Travel across South India for business expansion and client meetings
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development with schools (mandatory)
- Strong network in the education sector (especially South India preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to close deals and achieve targets
- Willingness to travel extensively
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in EdTech / School Programs / Training / Wellness industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Self-driven, confident, and result-oriented personality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
