FreshoKartz Agri and NuKrishi are leading agri-tech companies committed to transforming agriculture through innovation, sustainable practices, and farmer-first solutions. We are now looking for a Finance Manager to join our growing team and take charge of financial operations and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end finance operations, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable standards.
- Coordinate and manage audits (internal and external), statutory compliance (GST, TDS, ROC), and tax filings.
- Work closely with banks, NBFCs, investors, and other financial institutions for funding, renewals, documentation, and reporting.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, vendor payments, and reconciliation processes.
- Track and analyse financial data to support management in strategic decisions.
- Implement financial controls, processes, and systems to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Support funding rounds with data, reports, and financial models.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- CA qualified with 3–5 years of experience, preferably in a start-up environment.
- Strong command over accounting tools and Excel.
- Experience in handling investor relations, MIS reporting, and due diligence.
- Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills with the ability to work across departments.
- Hands-on, solution-oriented, and proactive in approach.
