About the Role
We are looking for a passionate, caring, and enthusiastic Play School Teacher to create a positive and engaging learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate should be committed to fostering children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development through age-appropriate learning activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct interactive classroom activities for preschool children.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.
- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the school's curriculum.
- Encourage children's social, emotional, and intellectual growth.
- Monitor and assess children's progress and provide regular feedback to parents.
- Organize storytelling, rhymes, games, art, and craft activities.
- Maintain classroom discipline while ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Support children in developing communication, motor, and interpersonal skills.
- Coordinate with parents and school management regarding student development.
- Participate in school events, celebrations, and parent-teacher meetings.
Qualifications & ExperienceEducational Qualification
- NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) or NPTT (Nursery Primary Teacher Training) certification is mandatory.
- Graduation in any discipline will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 6 months of teaching experience in a preschool, play school, or kindergarten environment.
