The Site HR & Admin Executive is responsible for managing all human resources and administrative activities at the project site. The role includes recruitment support, employee attendance and payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee welfare, office administration, and ensuring smooth day-to-day site operations.
Key Responsibilities Human Resources
- Coordinate manpower recruitment as per site requirements.
- Conduct employee joining formalities, induction, and documentation.
- Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
- Monitor daily attendance, leave records, overtime, and shift schedules.
- Prepare attendance reports for payroll processing.
- Coordinate employee transfers, resignations, and exit formalities.
- Handle employee grievances and support disciplinary procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor laws.
Administration
- Manage site office administration and housekeeping.
- Coordinate accommodation, transportation, and food arrangements for employees, where applicable.
- Maintain office assets, stationery, and inventory records.
- Coordinate with vendors for site administrative services.
- Manage visitor records and security documentation.
- Maintain site registers, notices, and administrative files.
- Support audits and inspections by maintaining required records.
Compliance
- Maintain statutory records related to labor compliance.
- Coordinate with contractors for labor documentation.
- Ensure employee records comply with applicable labor regulations.
- Assist during internal and external audits.
Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR & Admin reports.
- Submit manpower reports, attendance reports, and administrative MIS.
- Coordinate with Head Office HR regarding employee records and payroll.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in Site HR & Administration (Construction, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, or Industrial Projects preferred).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
