Job Summary
Urban Grey Engineering Solutions is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Engineer Trainee (M.Tech – Water Resources) to join our team in Calicut. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain practical experience in water resources planning, hydrological and hydraulic analysis, drainage design, watershed management, and infrastructure development projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in hydrological and hydraulic studies and analyses.
- Support the preparation of technical reports, drawings, and project documentation.
- Conduct data collection, analysis, and interpretation for engineering projects.
- Assist in drainage, stormwater, watershed, and flood management studies.
- Participate in field visits, surveys, and inspections as required.
- Support senior engineers in project planning and execution.
- Ensure compliance with relevant engineering standards and guidelines.
Qualifications
- M.Tech in Water Resources Engineering or related specialization.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of hydrology, hydraulics, and water resources management.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, GIS, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, SWMM, or similar software is an added advantage.
- Good analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
