A frontline, target-driven role for someone who genuinely understands capital markets and equities, can hold their own in a conversation with seasoned investors & advisors and has the hunting instinct to open new relationships. It is equally about depth of knowledge and quality of relationships.
Key Expectation:

Acquire and grow a book of HNI, Ultra-HNI, Institutional investors for our PMS and AIF offerings.

Build and manage partnerships with distribution channels like Wealth Management Firms, IFAs, RIAs, Family Offices, Private Banks etc.

Develop deep, long-term relationships rooted in a client-centric, advisory approach — understanding goals, risk appetite, and portfolio fit before recommending solutions.

Drive net sales and AUM growth in line with agreed targets, with clear ownership of your pipeline from lead to closure.

Stay sharp on markets, the equity landscape, peer products, regulations and the broader alternatives ecosystem to bring that perspective into client conversations.

Maintain accurate pipeline, activity and reporting discipline in the CRM.

Drive periodic roadshows, webinars and investor education sessions.

Operate fully within regulatory guidelines and internal compliance standards at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
-
7–10 years of experience in sales or distribution of similar products — PMS, AIF, SIF, Mutual Funds or other wealth/investment solutions — Ideally within an AMC, wealth management firm or registered investment advisor.

Demonstrable track record of acquiring and growing relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, family offices, distributors or institutions.

Strong, genuine understanding of capital markets and equities — not surface-level product talk.

Stellar interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with High ownership, integrity with the maturity to operate independently in a target-driven environment.

A genuine client-centric approach — puts suitability and trust ahead of the quick sale.

Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Business, or a related field. MBA / CFA / CA is an added advantage.

NISM certifications relevant to PMS/AIF distribution preferred; Willingness to obtain required certifications if not already held.
