Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing facility operations, maintenance activities, infrastructure management, and ensuring smooth functioning of building services while leveraging experience gained from BMC and public infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day facility and maintenance operations
- Oversee electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, and utility maintenance activities
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure operational efficiency and safety compliance
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers
- Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and building guidelines
- Prepare maintenance reports, budgets, and operational plans
- Resolve facility-related issues and ensure minimal downtime
- Supervise facility staff and maintenance teams
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of facility management and infrastructure maintenance
- Expertise in building systems, utilities, and maintenance planning
- Leadership and team management skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Vendor and contractor management expertise
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field
- Retired BMC Engineer preferred
- 10+ years of experience in facility management, infrastructure, maintenance, or public works
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in commercial buildings, residential townships, hospitals, government facilities, or industrial premises
- Knowledge of AMC management, statutory compliance, safety regulations, and facility operations
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
