Key Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Safely collect, verify, and deliver packages, meals, or goods from merchants to customers.
- Navigation & Punctuality: Utilize GPS applications to determine the most efficient routes and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Customer Service: Provide a polite, professional experience at the point of drop-off, handling delivery confirmations via the Lium Go partner app.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain your delivery vehicle (two-wheeler or four-wheeler) in safe, roadworthy condition.
Requirements
- Age: Minimum 18 years of age.
- Vehicle: Possession of a reliable vehicle (bike, scooter, or car) with a valid registration certificate (RC).
- Documentation: A valid driving license and active personal vehicle insurance.
- Technology: A smartphone (Android or iOS) with a functional data connection to operate the Lium Go partner app.
- Identity Verification: A valid government-issued ID card and PAN card.
