Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in, call, WhatsApp and online enquiries, understand student needs and provide timely, accurate information about courses and admission process.
- Provide detailed counselling on Digital Marketing, Tally and other courses, including curriculum, class structure, batch timings, career scope and placement opportunities.
- Create, schedule and manage course batches (morning/evening/weekend), ensure optimum batch strength and coordinate with trainers for smooth operations.
- Maintain proper records of all enquiries, follow-ups, admissions and conversions in Excel/MS Office or institute CRM (if applicable).
- Manage admission formalities end-to-end: registration, documentation, form filling and issuance of receipts, ID cards and welcome material.
- Handle fees planning and instalment management: explain fee structure, maintain fee schedules, track due/overdue payments and send reminders in a professional manner.
- Maintain and update student databases, attendance records and batch lists accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with students and parents regarding orientation, class schedules, exam dates and other important updates.
- Support basic administrative work at the front desk: answering calls, managing visitor walk-ins and maintaining a professional reception environment.
- Assist in basic marketing activities such as maintaining enquiry registers from social media/online leads, coordinating for seminars, workshops and counselling sessions.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on enquiries, follow-ups, admissions and fee collections and share with management.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and basic to good English (spoken and written).
- Good explanation skills, patience and a student-friendly approach while counselling.
- Solid computer knowledge: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, email, basic internet usage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple enquiries and tasks simultaneously in a systematic way.
- Positive attitude, pleasing personality and professional behaviour with students and parents.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality regarding student data, fees and internal information.
- Willingness to learn about new courses, tools and processes used by the institute.
Educational Qualification (Mandatory)
- Candidate must have scored more than 80% in 12th standard from CBSE or MP Board (compulsory condition).
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduation preferred (any stream).
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in counselling/front office/education sector preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and strong academic record (12th > 80%) are also encouraged to apply.
