Role Overview
We are looking for an Associate Delivery Manager to manage client interactions, gather requirements, coordinate with HR and sales teams, and ensure successful resource onboarding and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with clients and gather project/staffing requirements.
- Share requirements with HR and collaborate on candidate sourcing.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with clients and candidates.
- Map suitable resources to client requirements.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding of resources with clients.
- Follow up with clients, resources, HR, and sales teams to ensure timely closure.
- Collaborate with the sales team to acquire new clients and opportunities.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure smooth delivery.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in IT staffing, recruitment, business development, or client management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
- Basic understanding of IT technologies and staffing processes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
