We are looking for energetic and persuasive Inside Sales Executives who can engage school/university leaders, identify opportunities, and help them discover solutions that support their enrollment and growth objectives.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, initiating conversations with decision-makers, scheduling consultations, and supporting the sales process from prospecting to proposal stage.
You will work closely with school/university owners, principals, directors, admissions heads, and marketing teams across India and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and research prospective schools, school groups, and educational institutions.
- Conduct outbound outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Generate qualified meetings for the business development team.
- Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline.
- Account Management & Growth Advisory Services
- Understand school-specific challenges related to admissions, enrollment, branding, websites, and digital marketing.
- Present relevant SkoolReady solutions based on each school's needs.
Required Qualifications
- Masters's/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Educational Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting virtual meetings.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
