We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist who is passionate about technology and enjoys solving customer problems while working with Tally and AI-powered business solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Tally Software and AI-integrated business solutions.
- Troubleshoot software, installation, configuration, and integration issues.
- Handle Tally AMC/ASSC support, Data Splitting, Data Synchronization, and Password Recovery.
- Assist clients with software implementation, onboarding, and training.
- Support AI integrations and guide customers in using automation solutions effectively.
- Respond to customer queries through phone, email, remote support, and onsite assistance when required.
- Coordinate with the technical and development teams to resolve complex issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer issues and resolutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in technical support is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Tally Software is preferred.
- Interest in AI tools, automation, and software integrations.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
