About Us
THE AGENCEE is a Delhi NCR-based AI-powered digital marketing agency that works with D2C brands, fashion labels, F&B businesses, and lifestyle brands. We don’t sell vibes — we sell results. Performance ads, SEO, content, and automation that actually moves revenue. We’re growing fast and need a sales gun who can keep up.
The Role
You’ll own the entire sales cycle — from hunting leads to closing deals and handing off to delivery. No hand-holding, no script to follow. You identify the right brands, build the conversation, pitch our services, and bring them on board.
This is a full-cycle role. If you’re only comfortable doing one part of sales, this isn’t for you.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and identify D2C brands, fashion labels, cafés, and local businesses who need serious marketing help
- Run cold outreach via DMs, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn
- Qualify leads and book discovery calls
- Pitch and present THE AGENCEE’s services (with decks, audits, proposals)
- Handle objections, negotiate, and close retainer deals
- Maintain a clean CRM with pipeline updates and follow-up logs
- Coordinate with the delivery team post-close for smooth onboarding
- Hit monthly revenue targets — non-negotiable
What We’re Looking For
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing (agency background preferred)
- Strong communication in Hindi and English — written and spoken
- Comfortable with cold outreach and rejection (it’s part of the job)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing — Meta Ads, SEO, social media, content
- Self-starter who doesn’t need to be managed
- Hunger. Attitude. Consistency.
Bonus if you have:
- Prior experience selling to D2C brands or startups
- Existing network in the Delhi NCR fashion/F&B/lifestyle space
- Familiarity with tools like WhatsApp Business, Notion, Google Sheets CRM
Compensation
- Fixed: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month (based on experience)
- Commission: 8–12% on every deal closed
- OTE (On-Target Earnings): ₹40,000 – ₹70,000+/month for consistent performers
- No cap on commission — the more you close, the more you earn

- Delhi NCR (in-person preferred, hybrid possible)
