The General Manager – Sales will lead and oversee the sales strategy, planning, and execution for residential/commercial real estate projects. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing large sales teams, building channel partnerships, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Set sales targets and ensure consistent achievement across projects
2. Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage sales teams (Sales Managers, Executives, Channel Partners)
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching to improve productivity
- Build a high-performance sales culture
3. Revenue Generation
- Drive sales for residential/commercial projects
- Maximize revenue through effective pricing, promotions, and campaigns
- Ensure pipeline management and closure of high-value deals
4. Channel & Partner Management
- Develop and manage relationships with brokers, agents, and channel partners
- Expand distribution network for wider market reach
- Negotiate agreements and commission structures
5. Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle
- Handle escalations and key client interactions
- Improve customer retention and referral business
6. Marketing Coordination
- Work closely with marketing teams for campaigns, launches, and branding
- Provide market insights to support promotional strategies
7. Reporting & Compliance
- Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and present performance to leadership
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in real estate
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10–15+ years of experience in real estate sales
- Proven track record of achieving high sales targets

Compensation:
- Competitive salary + performance-based incentives.
