Who We Are Specifically Looking For
This role requires candidates with direct experience in preschool franchise, K-12 school franchise, coaching institute franchise, or education brand expansion. If you have closed franchise agreements in the education sector — you are the profile we want.
This is a high-value B2B role. You will identify serious investors, conduct presentations, negotiate agreements, and close franchise deals worth Rs 40 lakhs to Rs 80 lakhs.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate, manage, and convert franchise leads in your assigned city
- Identify investors, entrepreneurs, and business partners for school franchise opportunities
- Conduct franchise presentations, discovery calls, and investor meetings
- Travel within your city and pan-India for site visits and partner meetings
- Manage the complete franchise onboarding process from lead to launch coordination
- Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise closure targets
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and city-wise expansion opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in Franchise Development, B2B Sales, Channel Sales, or Institutional Sales
- Education franchise, preschool franchise, or K-12 school franchise experience strongly preferred
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and high-value closing ability
- Entrepreneurial mindset and proven target achievement record
- Comfortable with up to 20 days travel per month
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
