Job Title: Captain – Food & Beverage

Job Summary:
We are seeking a confident and experienced F&B Captain to lead the service team at our in-house café and dining area. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent guest service, coordinate between staff and kitchen, and handle guests professionally in a lively and family-friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily F&B service operations.
- Greet guests, take food & beverage orders, and ensure timely service.
- Assign duties to the service staff and monitor performance.
- Ensure tables are clean, set up, and service-ready.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues with professionalism and a service-first attitude.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards across service areas.
- Upsell food & beverage items and suggest popular or new offerings.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Captain or Senior Steward in a café, restaurant, or similar setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Presentable appearance with a customer-focused attitude.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Ability to manage a team and handle pressure during peak hours.
- Willing to work in flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
