Job Title: Sales Coordinator – Solar Sales Operations
Location: Kerala (Multi-zone coordination)
Role Objective:
We are hiring a Sales coordinator to own and manage the complete lead lifecycle across multiple sales zones. This role is responsible for handling 3,000–5,000 leads per month, ensuring CRM discipline, stage tracking, follow-up compliance, dashboard reporting, and conversion improvement support for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Own complete lead journey from entry to closure
Manage high lead volume (3000–5000/month)
Build and maintain CRM lead stages
Ensure every lead is updated with latest status
Monitor follow-up timelines and lead ageing
Create daily and weekly sales dashboards
Track salesperson activity vs conversion
Identify stuck leads and trigger escalations
Coordinate with sales managers and MD
Ensure zero lead leakage
Audit CRM data quality daily
Train sales staff on CRM usage discipline
Required Skills:
Strong experience in CRM systems (any major CRM)
Experience handling large lead pipelines
Dashboard and reporting expertise
Sales operations experience preferred
Strong follow-up and process orientation
High discipline and attention to detail
Analytical thinking
Ability to manage multi-zone sales data
Experience Required:
3+ years in CRM / lead management / sales operations
Experience managing 2000+ monthly leads preferred
Performance Metrics:
Lead follow-up compliance %
CRM update accuracy
Lead ageing reduction
Conversion improvement support
Dashboard reporting accuracy
Preferred Background:
Solar / Real estate / Insurance / EdTech / High-lead industries preferred
