Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and hands-on Apartment Caretaker to oversee the daily physical maintenance and utility management of our residential complex. The ideal candidate will ensure that all essential plant equipment, water systems, amenities, and ground staff operate smoothly and efficiently.
Operations time: 2. 24 hrs. shift from 8AM to next day 8AM with facility to take rest at night from 12AM to 6:30AM. The next day will be off.
Preferred qualifications if any:
Must be able to communicate in Malayalam and English. If Hindi is also know, added advantage. Must know using Android phone and PC usage esp. with gmail, excel and other basic operations.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
