We welcome Hotel Management freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience who are interested in learning and working with traditional Himachali cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food as per our recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
- Handle basic food preparation and kitchen operations
- Maintain consistency in taste and presentation
- Follow food safety and hygiene practices
- Assist with daily kitchen requirements and inventory
What We’re Looking For:
- Basic knowledge of cooking and food preparation
- Interest in learning Himachali cuisine
- Good hygiene and cleanliness habits
- Responsible, hardworking and punctual
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a small team
