Job Summary
The Branch Head is responsible for the overall management and growth of the coaching centre. The role involves overseeing academic operations, admissions, student satisfaction, faculty management, business development, marketing activities, and administrative functions to ensure smooth and profitable branch operations.
Key Responsibilities1. Academic Operations
- Ensure smooth functioning of all classroom sessions and academic schedules.
- Monitor teaching quality and student performance.
- Coordinate with faculty for lesson planning, tests, and doubt-solving sessions.
- Maintain high academic standards across all courses.
2. Admissions & Business Development
- Achieve monthly and annual admission targets.
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses and career opportunities.
- Convert enquiries into admissions through effective counselling.
- Develop local marketing strategies to increase student enrolment.
3. Team Management
- Recruit, train, motivate, and supervise faculty and administrative staff.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Ensure discipline, punctuality, and professional conduct.
- Create a positive and performance-driven work culture.
4. Student & Parent Relationship
- Address student and parent concerns promptly.
- Organize parent meetings and feedback sessions.
- Ensure high student satisfaction and retention.
- Build long-term relationships with students and parents.
5. Marketing & Promotion
- Execute local marketing campaigns, seminars, workshops, and school outreach programs.
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, and community organizations.
- Manage social media and promotional activities in coordination with the marketing team.
- Increase brand visibility in the local market.
6. Administration
- Manage daily branch operations efficiently.
- Maintain student records, attendance, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with institute policies and procedures.
- Monitor infrastructure, classroom facilities, and inventory.
7. Financial Management
- Monitor branch revenue and expenses.
- Ensure timely fee collection and follow-up on outstanding dues.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Work towards achieving branch profitability.
8. Quality Assurance
- Maintain excellent service standards.
- Monitor classroom discipline and operational efficiency.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure continuous enhancement of academic and administrative processes.

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred).
- 3–7 years of experience in coaching institutes, education, or educational management.
- Prior experience as Branch Manager, Centre Head, Academic Coordinator, or Operations Manager is preferred.

Salary
As per experience and performance, with attractive incentives based on branch growth and admission targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
