Position: Store Executive
Department: Stores & Logistics
Location: Faridabad / Manesar, Haryana

Reporting To: Store Incharge / Project Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Store Executive to manage the receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory control of electrical materials used in RDSS and power distribution projects. The candidate will ensure accurate inventory records, timely material availability, and compliance with company procedures while supporting project execution.
Key Store Operations
- Receive, inspect, and verify materials against purchase orders, delivery challans, and Invoices.
- Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and maintain inward and outward registers.
- Ensure proper storage, stacking, identification, and preservation of materials.
- Maintain FIFO (First In First Out) and proper bin location systems.
- Issue materials only against approved material indents.
- Maintain stock registers and ensure accurate physical inventory.
Inventory Management
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock verification.
- Reconcile physical stock with ERP/Excel records.
- Monitor minimum, maximum, and reorder stock levels.
- Report shortages, excess stock, damaged materials, and slow-moving inventory.
Material Handling
- Handle electrical materials such as:
- HT/LT XLPE Cables
- Ring Main Units (RMUs)
- Distribution Transformers (DTRs)
- Panels and Switchgear
- Earthing Materials
- GI/MS Structural Materials
- Cable Covers, Route Markers, and Accessories
- Ensure safe loading and unloading of materials.
- Maintain proper storage conditions to avoid damage.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare daily inward, outward, and stock reports.
- Maintain GRN, Material Issue Slips, Gate Passes, Challans, and Stock Registers.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Accounts, QA/QC, and Site Execution teams.
- Support internal and client audits by maintaining complete documentation.
Safety & Housekeeping
- Ensure proper housekeeping of the store.
- Follow safety procedures while handling heavy materials.
- Maintain 5S standards within the warehouse/store.
Required Qualifications
- 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate (Preferred: Mechanical, Electrical, or Supply Chain)
- 3–6 years of experience in store or warehouse operations.
- Experience in electrical, infrastructure, construction, manufacturing, or EPC projects is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of GRN, FIFO, Inventory Control, and Material Reconciliation.
- Experience with SAP MM, ERP, Zoho Inventory, or similar inventory management software.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to identify and manage electrical and construction materials.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.

₹3.00 – ₹4.20 LPA (negotiable based on experience and suitability)

- Knowledge of inventory control systems and ERP software.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to maintain accurate stock records.
- Willingness to work at project sites and coordinate with multiple departments.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
