About the Role:
We are looking for an Onsite O&M Engineer to join our team. The candidate will play a critical role in managing and supervising solar installations, ensuring on-site work is executed efficiently and in line with the company's quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of solar project O&M activities on-site.
- Ensure that timelines and budgets are strictly adhered to.
- Collaborate with the Central Project Management and O&M teams to ensure smooth site operations and issue resolution.
- Conduct site surveys, coordinate material handling, and ensure safety standards are upheld.
- Monitor the performance of solar systems and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Liaise with clients and local contractors to ensure expectations are met and address any site-specific concerns.
- Prepare daily reports and documentation related to site activities, including progress updates and any challenges faced.
Educational Qualifications:
- Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering / EEE / ECE or related field.
- Strong understanding of solar PV systems, electrical work, and project execution.
- Familiarity with industry safety standards and practices.
Work Experience:
- At least 4-5 years of experience working in the solar industry, specifically in solar project installations or Operations & Maintenance (O&M).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹475,000.00 per year
