- Supervise the entire lifecycle of the machine manufacturing process, from Raw Material Cutting, Structure Frame Making, Sheet Metal fabricating, welding, Grinding, Painting, SS Polishing, assembling and testing.
- Allocate the daily work schedule for your team members and collaborate with welders & other workers to ensuring quality work is done in a safe and efficient manner.
- Complete the project by the deadlines and neglect rework and rejection.
- Preparing the Daily job report of your team members should be done under your concern.
