Job Description: SAP VIM Trainer (Part-time/Freelance)
Overview: We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced SAP VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) Trainer to provide part-time, freelance training sessions for individuals or teams. This role is ideal for someone with strong industry experience in SAP VIM and a passion for educating others. The training schedule will be 1 hour on weekdays and 2 hours on weekends, with a total course duration of 30 to 40 hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality SAP VIM training sessions to individuals or groups.
- Provide detailed explanations of SAP VIM concepts, configurations, and best practices.
- Customize training content based on the specific needs and experience level of the trainees.
- Ensure learners understand how to effectively use SAP VIM in real-world business scenarios.
- Offer practical examples and industry insights to enhance learning.
- Answer questions and provide guidance during and after training sessions.
- Monitor trainee progress and adjust the pace of the course as needed.
- Provide training materials, exercises, and relevant documentation for learners.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong experience with SAP VIM (Vendor Invoice Management).
- Proven ability to train others and explain complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP VIM configuration, integration with SAP FI/CO, and document management processes.
- Ability to customize training content to suit different learner profiles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Prior teaching or training experience is a plus.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to meet learner needs.
Working Hours:
- Weekdays: 1 hour per day
- Weekends: 2 hours per day
- Total course duration: 30 to 40 hours (spread over the course of a few weeks)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
