About the Academy of digital Health Sciences
The Academy of Digital Health Sciences (ADHS) is the education arm of Digital Health Associates — a global organization leading healthcare's digital transformation. We offer world-class, self-paced professional courses in digital health through our online learning platform (digitalhealth.ac.in), with prestigious partnerships including IIM Raipur, the Indian Nursing Council, CPD Standards Office UK, and Global Health Connect.
Our programmes serve doctors, nurses, pharmacists, hospital CEOs, and healthcare professionals worldwide with specialized tracks for nurses, pharmacists, and hospital founders.
Our faculty includes leaders from Mayo Clinic Platform, Google, AIIMS, WellDoc, eSanjeevani, Cloudphysician, Aravind Eye Care, P.D. Hinduja Hospital, and Dozee — the people who actually built and shaped digital health globally.
We are now scaling our platform and need someone who lives and breathes EdTech to own the learner experience end-to-end.
Position: EdTech Operations Manager — Academy of Digital Health Sciences
Location: New Delhi (Behind Patel Chowk Metro Station, Jantar Mantar Road)
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience: 3-6 years in EdTech operations, learning platform management, or online programme delivery
Role Overview
This is NOT a curriculum design role. We need someone who knows how an EdTech platform actually works — the nuts and bolts.
You will own the Academy's learning platform operations: course rollouts, learner onboarding, query resolution, platform troubleshooting, and the entire post-enrollment learner journey. You are the person a learner reaches when something isn't working — and you either fix it yourself or coordinate with the right person to get it fixed fast.
If you've spent 3+ years inside an EdTech company running course operations on an LMS, handling learner escalations, setting up batches, configuring assessments, and making sure 500 learners don't hit the same broken link — this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Platform & Course Operations
- Own the Academy's LMS — manage course setup, content upload, batch creation, assessment configuration, certificate workflows, and access management
- Lead course rollouts end-to-end: from receiving content from faculty to having a fully live course with enrolled learners
- Configure and test every course element before going live: video embeds, quizzes, downloadables, discussion forums, payment links, certificate triggers
- Maintain the course catalogue — update descriptions, brochure links, pricing, and enrollment status across the website and app
- Troubleshoot platform issues: broken links, login problems, payment failures, mobile app glitches — diagnose and resolve or escalate to the platform vendor/developer
- Run bulk enrollment operations for organizational partners (hospitals, nursing councils, pharma companies)
2. Learner Support & Query Resolution
- Be the first point of contact for learner queries across channels — email, phone, WhatsApp, in-platform messaging
- Diagnose learner issues quickly: is it a platform bug, a user error, a payment gateway failure, or a course content gap?
- Maintain a lean FAQ/knowledge base so learners can self-serve common issues
- Track query patterns and feed insights back to improve the platform and course design
- Own learner communication: enrollment confirmations, course start reminders, deadline nudges, completion certificates
3. Learner Experience & Retention
- Monitor learner progress and engagement — identify drop-off points and flag them to the curriculum team
- Run completion campaigns: re-engagement emails, deadline extensions where appropriate, personalized nudges
- Gather and analyze learner feedback (NPS, course reviews, exit surveys) and present actionable insights
- Maintain high course completion rates and learner satisfaction scores
4. Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with faculty and content teams to ensure course materials are delivered on schedule
- Work with the platform vendor/developer for bug fixes, feature requests, and upgrades
- Prepare weekly dashboards: enrollments, active learners, completions, support ticket volume, resolution times
- Support the leadership team with operational data for partner and accreditation reporting
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3-6 years in an EdTech company — you understand how online learning platforms work from the inside
- Hands-on LMS experience — you've configured courses, managed batches, set up assessments, and handled certificate workflows on a real platform (Moodle, Teachable, Thinkific, Canvas, Graphy, or custom LMS)
- Learner support experience — you've directly handled learner queries, escalations, and troubleshooting
- Course rollout experience — you've taken a course from "content received" to "fully live with learners enrolled"
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) — you'll write to doctors, nurses, hospital CEOs, and IIM professors
- Comfortable with data — you can pull enrollment numbers, calculate completion rates, and spot trends in a spreadsheet
Nice-to-Have
- Familiarity with healthcare or digital health as a domain
- Experience with mobile app-based learning platforms
- Knowledge of payment gateway integrations and troubleshooting
- Exposure to accreditation requirements in professional education (CPD, nursing councils, etc.)
- Experience with bulk/B2B enrollment operations
Who Should Apply
- You've worked at an EdTech company (Coursera, upGrad, Simplilearn, Great Learning, Teachmint, Graphy, Classplus, or similar) in operations, learner success, or platform management
- You're the person your current team goes to when something on the LMS breaks
- You can explain a complex enrollment workflow to a 55-year-old doctor as patiently as you can debug it with a developer
- You care about whether a learner actually finishes the course, not just whether they enrolled
Who Should NOT Apply
- Someone looking for a pure curriculum design or instructional design role (that's a different position)
- Someone with no hands-on LMS/platform experience
- Someone uncomfortable handling direct learner communication and support
What You'll Gain
- Own the operations of a globally positioned digital health education platform
- Work with faculty from IIM Raipur, Mayo Clinic, Google, AIIMS, and global digital health pioneers
- Build the operational backbone of a growing academy — your processes will scale with the organization.
- A mission-driven environment: "Digital Health for All" is not a tagline, it's what we're building.
