Digital Marketing Manager (Lead / Head)
We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Manager (Group Level) to own and drive all digital initiatives across hospital units. This role is responsible for managing organic social media, performance marketing (Meta, Google), website and SEO, online reputation (Google reviews), aggregators (Practo, Justdial), and WhatsApp/SMS/email campaigns. You’ll work closely with brand, marketing, operations, and HR teams to ensure strong digital brand presence, measurable business outcomes, and strict adherence to brand and communication standards. The role includes overseeing digital agencies, reviewing media plans and performance, tracking leads and conversions, analysing data, and translating insights into continuous optimisation. Strong stakeholder coordination, data-driven thinking, and ownership of digital performance are critical.
Experience in healthcare or service-industry digital marketing is a plus.
