- Team Leadership: Recruit, onboard, train, and manage the daily activities of the sales team.
- Performance Tracking: Set individual sales quotas, monitor pipelines, and conduct weekly performance reviews.
- Strategy Development: Design and execute data-driven sales strategies to penetrate new target markets.
- Revenue Forecasting: Deliver accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales revenue forecasts to executive leadership.
- Key Account Management: Partner with reps to negotiate and close high-value contracts with major clients.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with marketing, product, and customer success teams to optimize the buyer journey.
