Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and customer-focused Healthcare Counsellor to guide patients through healthcare services, treatment plans, and wellness programs. The ideal candidate will provide accurate information, coordinate appointments, support patient engagement, and ensure a positive patient experience while maintaining confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel patients regarding healthcare services, treatment options, and wellness programs.
- Understand patient needs and recommend appropriate healthcare solutions.
- Handle patient inquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and in-person consultations.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with doctors and medical staff.
- Follow up with patients regarding consultations, treatments, and health programs.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update CRM/Hospital Management Systems.
- Explain treatment plans, packages, and payment options to patients.
- Address patient concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Achieve patient conversion and follow-up targets.
- Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and healthcare regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Psychology, Healthcare Management, Nursing, Pharmacy, or any related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in healthcare counselling, patient counselling, medical sales, or customer support.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and an interest in healthcare may also apply.
Required Skills:

- Patient-centric approach.
- Sales and conversion skills (preferred).
- Customer relationship management.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
- MS Office and CRM proficiency.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
