Respond to and qualify all inbound leads from IndiaMART, website, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and referrals
- Understand client project requirements and move them through the sales funnel
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and project pitches
- Coordinate with technical teams for accurate scope and pricing
- Manage CRM pipeline — lead tracking, follow-ups, and closures
- Build relationships with clients, consultants, and referral partners
- Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Submit weekly reports on lead volume, conversions, and pipeline status
- Attend client meetings and site visits as needed
