Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Commercial Interior Sales Manager with 3–5 years of experience in the commercial interiors industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong network, proven experience in B2B sales, and the ability to generate new business opportunities while managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, references, and client meetings.
* Identify and develop relationships with corporate clients, architects, PMC consultants, and channel partners.
* Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project handover.
* Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design and estimation teams to prepare proposals.
* Conduct presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions with prospective clients.
* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
* Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM/MIS regularly.
* Build long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
* Coordinate with project execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
* Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
* MBA (Sales/Marketing) will be an added advantage.
Experience
* 3–5 years of proven sales experience in Commercial Interior Fit-Outs, Office Interiors, Workspace Solutions, or Design & Build Projects.
* Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Required Skills
* Strong B2B sales and business development experience.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
* Strong understanding of commercial interior projects and fit-out processes.
* Experience in handling corporate clients and key accounts.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Preferred Candidate Profile
* Candidates from commercial interior fit-out companies will be preferred.
* Existing network with corporate clients, architects, consultants, and real estate professionals is an advantage.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and consistently achieve sales targets.
