Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new customers across Pan India.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Promote company products/services to dealers, distributors, and direct clients.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Market Expansion & Research
- Identify new markets, territories, and business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Provide market feedback to management for strategy improvement.
- Travel & Field Work
- Extensive travel across India as per business requirements.
- Attend client meetings, exhibitions, and trade fairs.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations for smooth order execution.
- Order Management & Coordination
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing within approved limits.
- Ensure timely order processing, dispatch, and payment collection.
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, accounts, dispatch).
- Reporting & Documentation
- Submit daily/weekly travel and sales reports.
- Maintain CRM data and customer records.
- Forecast sales and submit MIS reports to management.
