Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Site Incharge (PSU Projects)Experience:
5–10 Years of experience in Electrical Maintenance and Site Management, preferably in PSU projects such as Steel Plants, Power Plants, Refineries, or Heavy Industries.
Key Responsibilities:1. Site Execution & Electrical Maintenance
- Supervise and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Ensure smooth operation of electrical systems, motors, panels, transformers, and lighting systems.
- Monitor daily maintenance activities and ensure adherence to safety standards and project timelines.
- Coordinate with client representatives and internal teams for site requirements.
2. Billing & Documentation
- Prepare monthly RA bills and maintain billing records.
- Verify manpower deployment, equipment utilization, and work completion reports.
- Maintain measurement sheets, work orders, and supporting documents for invoice processing.
- Follow up with clients for billing approvals and payment status.
3. Planning & Scheduling
- Prepare manpower deployment plans and maintenance schedules.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of activities.
- Coordinate material requirements, tools, and equipment availability.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
4. Recruitment & Manpower Management
- Coordinate recruitment activities for electricians, technicians, supervisors, and operators.
- Conduct initial screening and mobilization of manpower as per project requirements.
- Manage attendance, shift allocation, leave records, and employee discipline at site.
5. Gate Pass & Compliance Management
- Process employee gate passes, vehicle passes, and contractor entry permits.
- Maintain records of employee documents, ID cards, and statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with client security departments for gate pass approvals and renewals.
- Ensure all manpower complies with site safety and documentation requirements.
6. Client Coordination
- Attend review meetings with client officials and submit progress reports.
- Resolve site issues related to manpower, maintenance, and documentation.
- Maintain good working relationships with client representatives and stakeholders.
