Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with client companies to understand their hiring requirements
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for suitable job roles
- Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and employers
- Maintain candidate databases and track placement activities
- Guide candidates through the recruitment and onboarding process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employers and hiring managers
- Ensure smooth coordination throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
✔ 1 year of experience in recruitment, HR, or placement coordination (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply)
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Good organizational and time management abilities
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment
