We are seeking an experienced Manager with a strong background in Identity and Access Management and at least 10 years of professional experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Ping IDPing Federate The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage projects lead teams and deliver strategic IAM solutions that align with business objectives
The ideal candidate will
Oversee the design implementation and management of Microsoft Entra ID solutions including identity federation single signon SSO and multifactor authentication MFA
Lead project planning and execution ensuring timely delivery and quality of IAM solutions
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate Entra ID with various platforms optimizing identity management and access security
Develop and enforce identity governance frameworks policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Provide expert guidance and support to clients and stakeholders addressing IAM challenges and requirements
Conduct regular audits and assessments of IAM infrastructure to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities
Perform Single SignOn SSO Federation Multifactor Authentication MFA SSO API Management and Privileged Account MFA using Ping ID Ping Federate
Mandatory Certification Required
Certifications such as Microsoft Certified Identity and Access Administrator Associate or equivalent
Ping Identity Certified Expert or PingFederate Certification are highly desirable
Technical Skills Required
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management with significant expertise in Microsoft Entra ID and Ping IDFederate Strong technical knowledge of Azure Active Directory identity federation and cloud security
Demonstrated experience in project management and leading IAM initiatives for medium to large organizations
Demonstrable experience in IAM domain Management solution
Understanding of JavaPython or any other programming language
Understanding of Code repository concepts and standard process Git
Experience in transitioning services from a implementation partner post deployment and operationalizing a IAM solution
Knowledge of authentication protocols SAML OAuth OpenID Connect in Ping IDPing Federate
Familiarity with API management and SCIM on Ping IDPing Federate
Strong understanding of identity management concepts including federation authentication and authorization
Technical Skills Required
Good Understanding of Operating systems Database concepts and others potential targets or endpoints for a typical IAM Solution
Good presentation and documentation skills
