Job Description:
Generate and follow up on property sales leads.
Conduct client meetings and property site visits.
Present residential and commercial property options to buyers.
Negotiate deals and close sales. Maintain client relationships and achieve sales targets.
Keep updated on local real estate market trends.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate/property sales.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of the Patna real estate market.
Target-oriented and willing to travel for field visits.
Pay: ₹10,659.55 - ₹55,327.23 per month
