About the Role
Are you someone who constantly saves creative ads, follows the latest Instagram trends, and enjoys turning ideas into engaging content? We're looking for a Creative Strategist Intern to join our growing marketing team and help develop high-performing content and campaign ideas for our D2C beauty and skincare brand.
This internship offers hands-on exposure to creative strategy, content planning, consumer psychology, and performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Research social media trends, viral content, and competitor campaigns.
- Generate creative concepts for Meta, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Prepare clear creative briefs for designers and video editors.
- Brainstorm ideas for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand initiatives.
- Develop ad hooks, captions, messaging, and storytelling concepts.
- Collaborate with the Performance Marketing, Content, and Design teams.
- Analyze creative performance and recommend improvements.
- Build and maintain a library of winning creatives and campaign references.
- Stay updated with industry trends and consumer behavior.
What We're Looking For
- Any Graduate (Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Design, or related field preferred).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with Canva, Google Slides, or PowerPoint is an added advantage.
- Passion for beauty, skincare, fashion, and D2C brands is a plus.
