Job Description
D'LIFE Home Interiors is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Interior Fit-Out Manager to support the execution of luxury home interior projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate site activities, monitor project progress, ensure quality standards, and contribute to the successful delivery of projects within timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end execution of luxury residential interior projects.
- Coordinate with designers, project engineers, vendors, contractors, and installation teams.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of site activities.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and workmanship standards.
- Track material requirements, deliveries, and installation progress.
- Support project planning, reporting, and documentation.
- Identify and resolve site execution challenges in coordination with senior team members.
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company standards.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project updates and milestones.
- Support project handover activities and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in residential interior fit-out or project execution.
- Knowledge of interior finishing works, modular furniture installation, and site coordination.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel for project site visits as required.
