Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the incoming and outgoing movement of fabrics.
- Conduct fabric quality inspections, including pH testing, GSM, shade, and defect checks.
- Verify the length, width, height, and quantity of fabrics as per specifications.
- Match incoming fabric with approved samples and quality standards before acceptance.
- Plan and allocate fabric to production as per manufacturing requirements.
- Supervise the process of converting running fabric into cut pieces based on production plans.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure optimum stock levels.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding fabric deliveries, quality issues, and replacements.
- Lead and supervise the fabric team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Identify and report fabric defects, shortages, and discrepancies to the concerned departments.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and traceability of fabrics.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on inventory, quality inspections, and fabric consumption.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
