Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the team with research on potential brand and agency contacts.
- Help prepare and format sales pitch decks using film posters, celebrity imagery, and campaign concepts (under guidance).
- Support tracking of ongoing deals, deliverables, and follow-ups in internal trackers.
- Help compile market and trend research on upcoming film releases and brand activity.
- Provide general coordination support between internal teams during campaign execution.
- Attend client/team meetings (as a learning exercise) and take notes/action points.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a graduate degree (any discipline); students of Marketing, Mass Media, or Communications preferred.
- No prior work experience required; coursework, college fests, or personal projects related to media/marketing are a plus.
- Basic proficiency with PowerPoint/Excel/Google Workspace.
- Strong interest in cinema, brand storytelling, and marketing.
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and pitch in wherever needed.
Expectations:
- Complete assigned research, tracking, and deck-support tasks on time.
- Maintain organized notes and trackers for visibility to the supervising manager.
- Be reliable and communicative - flag blockers or questions early rather than sitting on them.
- Treat the internship as a learning opportunity: ask questions, observe how pitches and deals are built.
