We are looking for a dynamic and experienced English Trainer to deliver engaging and effective English language instruction to learners of varying skill levels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, a strong grasp of English grammar and communication skills, and the ability to tailor lessons based on individual or group needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver English language training sessions (spoken, written, grammar, vocabulary, etc.).
- Conduct needs assessments and proficiency tests to determine learners' levels.
- Create lesson plans, learning materials, and exercises that align with curriculum goals.
- Provide constructive feedback on assignments, presentations, and speaking activities.
- Develop and implement engaging teaching techniques for both online and offline platforms.
- Monitor student progress and maintain detailed records.
- Stay updated with the latest teaching methods and language learning trends.
- Collaborate with other trainers, academic coordinators, or HR departments (for corporate training) to improve course delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience as an English Trainer or English Teacher.
- Excellent command of the English language—both spoken and written.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to engage learners and adapt to different learning styles.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with business English or corporate communication training.
- Knowledge of test preparation strategies for standardized English exams.
- Multilingual ability is a plus.
- Creativity in designing interactive activities and multimedia content.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
