- Deliver flower bouquets, floral arrangements, gifts, and other products to customers on time.
- Ensure products are handled carefully to avoid damage during transportation.
- Verify delivery addresses and customer contact details before dispatch.
- Obtain delivery confirmation from customers.
- Maintain a polite and professional attitude while interacting with customers.
- Assist customers with delivery-related queries.
- Report customer feedback or complaints to the Showroom Manager.
