Sales Executive Required
We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming leads and make timely follow-up calls
- Communicate professionally with clients through phone & WhatsApp
- Understand client requirements and explain our services & packages
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers
- Maintain and update leads, follow-ups & client details in CRM
- Prepare and share basic quotations and proposals
- Coordinate with clients and the design team
- Maintain sales records and reports in MS Excel
- Handle basic documentation in MS Word
- Manage existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling & cross-selling
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English
- Confident and professional on phone calls
- Good spoken English for communicating with clients
- Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel & MS Word
- Good convincing, follow-up and customer-handling skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Sales-oriented and target-driven
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000/month + Performance-Based Incentives
Company phone/SIM will be provided for client calls and WhatsApp communication.
