Job description
Quantity Survey/ Estimation, BOQ, Contracts and Project costing & billing Engineer.
Analyzing the requirements of the project and preparing the estimations accordingly.
Experience with construction contracting company executing fast track Residential, Commercial, IT, Industrial, Institutional projects will be an added advantage.
Previous proven experience for working for a construction company.
Engineers with experience in Billing, Quantity Survey, BBS, Cost Management, Tendering and Contracts in the above fields need apply.
Excellent communication skills in English and computer skills in MS Office (MS Excel) and Auto Cad is a must.
Must have done
Preparation of Work order and Comparison sheet
Inspection of site work for project planning and scheduling.
Preparing of Bill of Quantities.
Preparing of Bar Bending Schedule for Steel requirement and billing.
Preparing of Reconciliation report for Concrete and Steel.
Client Billing and Sub-Contractor Billing.
Request for quotes with Contractors and Negotiation for the same.
Quantity take off from Auto-CAD and preparing Measurement sheets.
Finishing item estimation and costing.
